Just show up and enjoy. We'll send a reminder 24 hours before, and if anything changes, open Fika to manage your booking.
Before the fika: The best conversations happen face to face, over coffee — so we keep the chat closed until you're almost there. Save your stories for the table.
12 hours before your fika: a chat opens between you and Jordan. Use it only to:
- Confirm you're both still coming
- Share last-minute details (e.g. "I'll be wearing a blue jacket")
- Handle any urgent changes
On the day: just show up, be yourself, and see if there's a real connection.
Life happens — we get it. If you need to change the time:
- Go to your Fika details in the app
- Select 5 new times that work for you
- Rank them from 1 to 5 (1 = your top choice)
Your #1 choice becomes the new time. If Jordan can't make it, they can pick one of your other ranked times. First reschedule is free for both of you. After that, it costs 1 token.
Nervous? That's normal. Remember — Jordan said yes to meeting you, and they're looking forward to it too. Show up as you are — that's all it takes.
